Job Description

CRM Executive/Manager required

  • Follow-up & Collecting payments before due date for the demands raised / as per the schedule.
  • Resolving customer queries and processing agreements.
  • Sending demand letters based on construction progress.
  • Collecting required documents from customers for home loan.
  • Co-ordinate with HFI/banks to get the sanctions and disbursements.
  • Providing cost breakup, payment schedule and statement of accounts for queries regarding due payments.
  • Maintaining records of correspondences with customers for future reference.
  • Preparing weekly & monthly MIS reports.
  • Do site visits wherever necessary to track construction progress.
  • Actively involved & co-ordinate with inter departments of the organization in order to meet valid customer requirements.
  • Handled and resolved customer queries.
  • Timely updates on construction/project progress to customers.
  • Respond to all the calls and emails in a timely manner.
