Job Responsibilities:

  • Helping the team with solution during escalations
  • Quotes/negotiations
  • Customer visit
  • Weekly review with the sales and customer care team
  • Way of working discussion with team
  • Rolling sales forecast discussion with the team
  • Reconciliation of accounts with the team
  • Collection and monthly sales performance discussion with the team
  • Quality issues - discussion with the internal MFG team and ensure the closure through the team member
  • Creator behavior with the internal team and should be a team player.
