Work location : Gurgaon & Delhi

Role: The top line objective is to meet the company's offline sales revenue goals in the B2B segment, through the activities of the team members by harnessing the power of the direct reports, driving sales force productivity and extracting the best .

You are:

  • Decisive and comfortable making decisions quickly

You have:

  • A demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals in B2B sales as an individual contributor & team leader for minimum 6+ years.
  • successful experience building a territory and team/s from little or nothing.
  • proven expertise at building rapport, opening doors, and understanding business requirements of decision makers

Willing to: 

  • Recruit, select, onboard and train new sales team members
  • Develop a scalable sales process and ensure team members adhere to it
  • Set targets, performance measurement plan and objective standards for team members
  • Initiate and participate in sales calls.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalated customer issues.
  • Project and forecast annual and quarterly sales revenue.
  • Develop strategies to acquire new customers / clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop lead generation plans
